GERMAN SILVER IRON CROSS I^CLASS
Very nice reproduction of German silver Iron Cross first class reintroduced by Kaiser Wilhelm II in August 5, 1914 for each rank and grade of the Imperial German Army during the First World War and also worn in World War II by veterans recruited in the German Army. The convex version was made by jewelry with fine manufacture and most appreciate by officer for its shape. The award of the Iron Cross I cl. was resulting in heroic actions, demonstrations of bravery or leadership. During the Second World War, in the case of award of the same decoration, was give a special badge of reappointment and not a new Iron Cross. The cross was applied on the left side of the tunic over on top of each other decoration.
Very well made reproduction, German silver metal which gives it a very realistic look.
