Replica of the side cap of Luftwaffe, Schiffchen M40, cotton canvas for tropical climates and used in North Africa and Italy. Introduced from the end of 1941 and provided for all units of the Luftwaffe was not very appreciated for its lack of effectiveness in the shelter from the sun but it was widely used.
